    Location: the hotel was next to large shopping mall and the beach on top of central shoping mall and restaurants. It was 400 ft from Pattaya Beach. Booked a room with scenic views of Pattaya bay.

    I was very disappointed with the overall size of the room. We booked a Beautiful Twin Room for three people, expecting ample space, but it felt cramped. When I requested a room change due to the lack of space, the staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked, which seemed untrue as we could still smell marijuana from the supposedly non-smoking floor.

    Customer relation manager did extremely good job in the circumstances, sorting out different matters which the normal staff was slow to put right ! Many of the staff had quite poor level of English , but they were trying their best. I am sure that a few more months will help the situation a lot.Good value for money with the given price in my case. (Some people were not so lucky as I was. I did see 99 year old charming lady in a wheel chair waiting for her room 2 hours without any special attention ! !!!!! !!!! )

    Several technical problems; air conditioning did not cool down the room properly , balcony door was twisted and did not close, Internet was extremely slow and certainly not high-speed. I would not normally expect to pay internet in a 5 star hotel

    Everything about it was amazing, from the check in to the check out. We booked an executive room and hence got escorted to the executive lounge which had breath taking views of Pattaya. There were free snacks and drinks for people staying in executive rooms only.free wi-fi and free cocktail in the evening. The room was the best ever, they decorated it with roses as we were on our honeymoon.

    the room was beautifully maintained and modern and equipped with seaview as well as a good view as described. the breakfast was savoury and very very good with the eggs and sushi, for example and served by the caring staff.

    A tranquil haven in the middle of sin city! Not sure if its central beachfront location in Pattaya is a bonus or a negative though. It is situated and surrounded immediately by the only upmarket shopping centre in Pattaya and a handful of western type bars and restaurants which are quite empty of old men with young beautiful Asian girls so this is a bonus - though one block over, on all sides, is the rest of Pattaya which is literally full of bars brimming with western men/asian girls! Very beautiful hotel if you like contemporary hotels. The design of the hotel and its facilities are breathtaking whilst the views at sunset are stunning. Great place to stay to escape the madness below at street level.

    The pool had no sunlight over it after midday! In Room Wi Fi was an additional expense.

    very friendly and helpful personnel, beautiful room with a view on the sea, the bar on the 16th floor is just amazing and the breakfast buffet is a must.

    Spacious room, really good view, with an excellent buffet breakfast that perfectly complemented the beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
